On the second week of Marathon Training
So, ran 5 km today, at 27:30. I was on the treadmill again, so I had to take a break and slow down to 9.5 kph for about two minutes or so (treadmills are so boring) but otherwise I kept a good 11.2 going. My foot doesn't feel any more sore than it did... in fact, several hours later, it's not sore at all. Still not going to do as much as I'd planned, but I think I'll be able to make it to Vermont as planned.
