writing
So I'm not going to post all of the MS, but those of you who'd like to help me with the second draft (aside from you, paths4byzantium -- you're already getting a copy) e-mail me at 'cjkc2@yahoo.com.' I'm virtually writing the book over for this draft, even typing sections that I think I'm going to keep so I can get a feel for what I was thinking when I wrote it. And then when I come across the sections where I don't think it's possible for me, or anyone, to know what I was thinking, it's a little easier to delete and go on with the rest of the book.
Also, I'm making this blog entry because I'm stuck. I can't come up with a good angle for my second POV's first chapter. Not an auspicious beginning for my second draft project.
Oh, and I had to post this picture. I've been a LOLcat fan for at least two years, which is several millenia in Internet time, but I think this one might be the best I've seen. Plus, it kind of describes how I feel about this writing process.
