Think my subject pretty well sums it up. I may have to run my semi-annual PT test tomorrow, so I only did three km instead of five. Plus, I'm getting sick... sore throat all day, now a headache and bodyaches (not just the ones from running, either...) and just general all around miserable feeling. And of course, my bestest buddy and companion Ronnie is coming up for the weekend, and Friday, we're going to see Spamalot!, so it's not like I'll have time to get over this. Oh, and next week at work's gonna be a bitch, too... busy as hell what with my boss retiring and all.
Totally not used to running on a track... did my 12 1/2 laps (5 km) in 29 and a half. I did two minutes better on a treadmill the day before, and usually I run a little faster outside. Ah well. Felt good, though. I didn't feel sick when I was running, just when I stopped.
More later... lotts to talk about, not sure what it all means yet.
