Barely motivated my ass out of the house, left a little after six, and ran five K down Green End and back. Took two voluntary walking breaks at 1.6km and 3.6km for .4km each, and one 200m involuntary break at the top of Phil the Hill. Made it from the Valley Lane intersection to the "Dangerous Marines" sign, though. Time -- 32:13. Goal is to be able to run this nonstop next week, since I think the week after that is when I have to start my marathon training to get ready for Stowe on 9 September.
