Sorry it's taken me so long to update. I've been somewhat busy... moved a friend of mine into the house, started seeing someone, sending off my manuscript and queries to yet more agents with so far nary a word. Still holding onto hope for that, too... also editing another MS in hopes that this one turns out a little better. I've actually been wondering if I should just go with sending it to publishers (not 'print on demand' types) rather than sending it to agents... may do it that way if I get too many more rejections.

Oh, and went to the Newport Jazz Festival on Saturday. Not bad... saw some awesome performers (including one of my favorite drummers, Jack deJonnette) but after about six hours I think I'd had enough. Still, nice way to spend an afternoon.
